Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the agriculture or farm inputs industry. Strong understanding of agricultural inputs, such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural machinery. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop business plans. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
