1.Developing sales strategies for the area assigned and set monthly targets 2.Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in the area assigned. 3.Driving sales with Sales Officers / Sales Executives, & managing FSOs (who are directly under them) 4.Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets, including action on non performing SO/SE/ST/ FSOs. 5.Dealer Management 6.Generating sales & timely payments in the area (directly under him) 7.Extensive brand promotion at farmer level and educating farmers on sustainable agriculture 8.Meeting and developing business with large farmers & BAs in the area 9.Analyzing competition products in the area, & accordingly suggesting improvements/ new products 10.Training SOs and FSOs to market our products 11.Conducting Mega Farmer Meeting 12.Timely MIS reporting to RSM 13.Recording proper entry of daily visits in SFA app

Experience: 1. 10- 15 years in the Agri input market of the territory / nearby areas 2. Must have 3- 5 years’ experience in biological segments
