Job Description

  • Conducting dealer visits

  • Candidates from plant nutrition (water soluble fertilizers) company will be preferred.

  • Conducting product performance demo’s where ever necessary

  • Registering Dealers and Generating Sales Orders

  • Conducting farmer visits

  • Facilitating product liquidation through various activities like

  • Conducting farmer meetings, awareness camps etc on regular basis (season wise, crop wise)

  • Conducting product promotion activities

  • Product stock assessment at dealer level on fortnightly basis

  • Recover payments in time and repeat orders

  • Explore new areas and expand dealer network

  • Conduct team building activities with field team and promote them to improve and enhance sales

  • Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining 

  • Relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business 

  • Analyze and review the market response/requirements and communicating the Same to the marketing teams for coming up with new applications. 

  • Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor.

  • Moves to achieve market share metrics. 

  • Conceptualizing and implementing market development and product promotion strategies to establish the product in the territory. 

  • Conducting large and small group of farmers meeting with actual field and Night meeting also. 

  • Maintaining and improving sales volume.

  • Primarily responsible for providing excellent support and service to farmers and agri-businesses A typical day to day responsibility

  • Utilize public information and network to develop marketing intelligence for 

  • Generating leads. 

  • Target completion.

  • Team building.

  • Build and maintain long term business relationships with customers.

  • Work with internal cross-functional teams (product, sales, agriculture etc.) to ensure customers issues/solutions are addressed Regularly plan and conduct regular field visits to existing customers and collect feedback
