1.Responsible for architecting year-on-year sales and marketing strategy for the zone, including sales plans (Area-wise/district-wise/taluka wise), milestones and budgets. 2.Lead a team of Regional Managers, Territory Manager, and Product Development Officer and hold the responsibility for achieving the sales targets, collection, and market penetration targets for the assigned zones.
3.The Zonal Manager will be also responsible for organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation thereby maximizing profitability.
4.Enhancing relationship Value with existing Dealers Network on a regular basis and creating opportunities for further sales to existing Dealer Network.
Ability to build and set up the entire marketing and sales team and proven track record for doing the same.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory) with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment.
Responsible for implementing the given sales plan.
