We are looking for a dynamic and organized State Coordinator to join our growing team!
Locations: Rajkot, Gujarat
Qualification: B.Tech (Agriculture) or Equivalent
Experience: 2–3 Years
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with State Managers to ensure smooth execution of government procedures and projects
Communicate daily updates, achievements, and plans with management
Oversee marketing activities and ensure timely arrangement of promotional materials
Manage state-level operations including office, warehouse, and stock verification activities
Facilitate coordination between HO departments and field teams
Plan and execute state-level meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs at the field level
